Monotone is a character that appears in Kuu Kuu Harajuku.
Biography
Monotone was first introduced in The Dotted Line as the mastermind behind Monotone Records. He controls all of the employees, who are actually androids. If a band or music act is interested in joining Monotone Records, he will force them to sign the contract and surrender their individuality or lock them up in a jail cell forever (or until they agree to surrender their individuality).But he was taken down by HJ5 and finnally defeated him.
