Lo Lo Sea Mall is a location in Kuu Kuu Harajuku. The mall itself is underwater and has a protective dome around it to prevent water from getting in.

Lo Lo Sea Mall was first seen in Water Baby. It was having it's grand opening, and Rudie was able to book HJ5 as one of the acts. When they first arrived they began doing a soundcheck, which attracted nearby Octocorns. The octocorns attempted to get inside by cracking the protective dome surrounding the mall.
Eventually, the crack grew wider until the entire dome busted, and water poured inside the mall. Although HJ5 was able to escape, the mall was destroyed in the process.

- Both the Hi Hi Sky Mall and the Lo Lo Sea Mall have the exact same architecture layout on the outside, the only difference being their location (Hi Hi is on land, Lo Lo is underwater).
